Founder & Executive Producer
Jean-Paul Damé has spent more than four decades producing television, commercials, documentaries, political media, educational content, and live productions. His career has taken him from broadcast studios and national sporting events to campaign war rooms, university campuses, corporate boardrooms, and locations across the country.
As founder and executive producer of Fire Horse Films, he brings that experience to every project with a simple philosophy: understand the story, build the right plan, and surround it with good people. Whether the project calls for a small, nimble crew or a full-scale production, the goal is always the same: make the process easy for the client and create work that connects with the audience.
